Your tasks:
Supporting management in day-to-day operations and strategic projects.
Organization and coordination of appointments, meetings and business trips.
Preparation of reports, presentations and minutes.
Preparation and follow-up of meetings and events.
Communication with internal and external contacts.
Support with office organization and administration.
Managing business correspondence and processing confidential documents.
Your profile:
Completed commercial training or studies in business administration, management or comparable qualification.
Several years of experience in a comparable position.
Strong organizational skills and independent working style.
Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
Confident use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong communication skills, discretion and loyalty.
