Your tasks:

  • Supporting management in day-to-day operations and strategic projects.

  • Organization and coordination of appointments, meetings and business trips.

  • Preparation of reports, presentations and minutes.

  • Preparation and follow-up of meetings and events.

  • Communication with internal and external contacts.

  • Support with office organization and administration.

  • Managing business correspondence and processing confidential documents.

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training or studies in business administration, management or comparable qualification.

  • Several years of experience in a comparable position.

  • Strong organizational skills and independent working style.

  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills.

  • Confident use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Strong communication skills, discretion and loyalty.

  • Team spirit and flexibility.
