SERVICE TECHNICIAN (m/f/d)

Location: PRIMINER GmbH, Neumünster, Germany

Your tasks:

• You care about our customers. You tackle diverse technical issues and seek solutions.

• Your daily tasks include working on the machines, whether repair, maintenance or service

• Commissioning of machines and components as well as on-site customer training

• Diagnosis and solution finding for the diverse issues

• You are responsible for correcting and documenting any errors that occur

• You enjoy working in an international service team

• You enjoy traveling – to our national and international customers

• Trade fairs: Preparation of the machines with assembly and dismantling on site

Your profile:

• Completed technical training with good knowledge in mechanics, mechatronics or electronics

• Ideally, you already have several years of professional experience in field service (maintenance and repair) and/or in the commissioning or maintenance of milling and/or turning machines

• Safety in handling CNC controls from Siemens, Heidenhain and Fanuc

• Customer-friendly demeanor, service-oriented approach, and enjoyment of direct customer contact

• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally and a high degree of flexibility

• Good knowledge of common MS Office applications

• Good written and spoken English skills complete your profile
